How best to signify my love?
You, my special friends. You know me. You know my hopes. My dreams. My fears.
But my sweet, sweet lady. How will she know the measurable depth of my love? What physical product can I acquire through the exchange of paper or electronic currency to validate and quantify the durability and validity of my romantic, familial and societal commitment?
Should I keep it simple, with a card?
Or perhaps a lovable plush animal?
Will I find the perfect gift? And if not, will I find one that, though not perfect, will be deemed adequate? Or even just slightly better than "half-assed?"
