My Dad actually got me started on these 10 years ago. He couldn't remember what they were called. That was in the days before the internet. When you had to read "books". Which were made of "paper". His focus was on being sensitive to the aspects of people that other people were aware of, but they weren't.

I'd like to find a version that lets you use your own adjectives. I'd use "doughy", "crap-tastic" and "throws like a girl".
