Corrections and errata
On the rape video story from yesterday:
1. The judge changed his mind, and won't force the victim to watch the tape
2. The defense will still probably try to use this refusal as grounds for a mistrial (if convicted)
3. The victim was 16-years-old at the time of the crime, not 15. That doesn't matter, I was just incorrect.
4. The trial is happening in Cook County, not DuPage County.
Other news:
Two ushers were shot at a Kanye West concert. Too early to tell if the wounds were self-inflicted.
Scott Stapp (former Creed singer and inept Texas Hold 'Em Player) commenting on negative publicity about his awful sex tape with the even less talented Kid Rock:
