I Heart Miss Knit



Miss Knit and I were IM'ing a few weeks ago. Flipper is going through a phase where he loves all things Aussie. He was thrilled when I let him chat with her for awhile. Again, I'm trying to reinforce to him that you can have friends even if they're far away.

Miss Knit sent us a package that arrived today. Boomerangs. Two of 'em. Calendars with pictures of native fauna (he's a devout animal lover). Koala goodies. Art pencils.

He was thrilled. To the point of tears. Flipper's writing his own "Thank You". I just wanted the rest of you to know what a sweetie she is.

sorry, no package. it very well could have ended up on a boat, and that means it would take 2 months to get here.
i would hope customs wouldn't care about a dvd, but they may have decided it was porn.

I, too, knew of the package. My opinion of Miss Knit has never wavered, she is one dynamite lady and all around decent person.
